1. Orders & Fulfilment
Each KAIRA saree is a curated, limited-edition piece. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics partners.
KAIRA does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Every piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As our products are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we request you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our sarees are sourced directly from weavers and are crafted using traditional techniques. Slight irregularities in weave, shade, or finish are natural and celebrated as part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects.
3. Product Authenticity & Variation
To ensure your KAIRA saree remains timeless, please follow these care instructions:
Do not machine wash or tumble dry
Dry clean only unless otherwise specified
If hand washing is advised, use cold water and pH-neutral detergent
Do not wring or expose to harsh sunlight for extended periods
Store folded in a muslin or breathable cloth bag, away from moisture and perfumes
4. Product Care Guidelines
Custom-made and pre-order pieces are crafted on request and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.
